At the end of the 5-day course, successful participants will be able to:

2. Understand and explain purpose of a Quality Management System and the quality management principles
3. Understand, explain and audit a risk-based quality management system
4. Plan, conduct and report a value-adding audit. This includes gathering of objective evidence through effective interviews; observations of a process
5. Understand the PDCA methodology as applied in the QMS and Audits
6. Understand the rules and responsibilities of auditor and Lead Auditors
7. Evaluate and analyze effective corrective action process and continual improvements

CIP Q105 trainers are seasoned professionals who have extensive experience in conducting third-party certification audits and public training in the field of management systems in various service and manufacturing organizations.

CANCELLATION / CHANGE IN TRAINING SCHEDULE IS ALLOWED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE CONFIRMED TRAINING SCHEDULE OTHERWISE VARIATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED

(Note: CIP reserves the right to charge a variation fee equivalent to 50% of the training fee in case a confirmed training is cancelled within one (1) week of the actual agreed training day. This is to cover for the revenue loss due to the trainer’s time not used to serve other customer’s training requirements.)
