CIP Certification Process
A clear and structured path towards your organization's certification.
1. Inquiry
Let us know your requirements.
2. Application
Pertinent information (e.g. name, address, scope, manpower) will be obtained through an application form.
3. Quotation
A formal proposal will be prepared, outlining audit man-days and fees for the 3-year certification period.
4. Stage 1 Audit
Assesses the adequacy of your documented management system and your readiness for the Stage 2 audit.
5. Stage 2 Audit
Assesses the implementation and effectiveness of your management system against the standard and your own requirements.
6. Certification Decision
The decision to grant certification (valid for 3 years) is based on Stage 2 audit findings, as approved by an independent panel.
7. Surveillance Audits
The validity of your certification is subject to ongoing implementation and improvement, verified by our surveillance audits.
8. Recertification Audits
Your certification can be renewed for another 3 years after a successful recertification audit, which confirms ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
